The KIND Yale Diet really works!!!

When the Yale School of Medicine came out with their study and thesis that you can lose weight by eating TWO KIND bars a day, I was frankly quite skeptical and cynical - even a bit apprehensive.  But over the last year, as we are gearing up to manufacture KIND bars in the US (in addition to Australia) and I have had to have days where I eat an equivalent to two or even THREE or FOUR KIND bars in one day trying all the different samples, I fear I am going to gain a ton of weight and feel so full yet INVARIABLY the following day I’ve lost one pound or more.  It has happened to me a dozen times over this year.  It really is true that the KIND bars satiate you with the good proteins and the good fats from almonds and nuts – and keep you from eating bad stuff.  Try it and see!
