Romney Buchanan
The fact that Mit Romney’s advisors include Pat Buchanan’s sister is
plain scary.

Rabin’s Legacy
A friend today wondered aloud if Rabin even left a legacy. I agreed it remains to be seen – & pointed out it is up to us, the people, to ensure one. Sent from my iPhone – pardon typos .

Intifadah against Hamas may launch tomorrow
Many locals in Gaza are starting to demonstrate. The Hamas forces have threatened the international and local media not to cover the uprising. Tomorrow prayers were called by citizens fed up with Hamas oppression. Media has finally started to ignore censure, emboldening more. Tomorrow can be an important day in the grassroots struggle against militant [...]

Hilary Clinton shows substance, McCain shows principle, Obama hope
Tough to decide which candidate will do a better job for the US, and the stakes are higher than ever. At issue are global environmental, socio-political and economic challenges as big as we’ve ever seen. In that context, Hilary’s experience, judgement and strength of character are important. Then McCain shows something I admire a lot: [...]

Buchanan is a great man.
Just because he believes that America shouldn’t place it’s national interest subservient to Israel’s (or any other country for that matter) doesn’t make him any thing other than an American patriot.
That said, I can understand why from your perspective you have a problem with him.
For Americans though, it is important to find a leader who will be best for AMERICA. And those who have the ability to vote should only consider America’s interests when voting for the next US President.
“Steve”, just for the record, I am no less American than you are. I was born in Mexico but am a proud immigrant and US citizen. In fact, because I try to live up to the ideals of an America where every citizen is free and equal, and I even publish your post even though you provided a fraudulent name and email in your posting, I think I proudly advance America’s enlightened interests, presumably better than those who would denigrate or exclude other Americans from doing so.
