OneVoice in Nablus
Nisreen Shaheen, the General Director of OneVoice Palestine, emailed us this update about work on the ground in Nablus:
Yesterday[ed: email was mid-April] we were in Nablus, we met with the Governor and briefed him about OV work, we took 3 youth leaders from Nablus with us so that if they will need any help in the
future they can contact him directly, he was impressed by our work and expressed all support.
We met also with the PR department in Al-Najah University, and agreed on making activities in the Campus also I asked them to distribute the booklet in the campus and every student who take copy of the booklet can give us his/her name and email, there are 16000 students in this University ,
We also met with “Nablus youth council” which is a network of 33 youth organizations in the districts, we agreed with them to provide our youth there with an office to gather, meet and arrange for activities.
