This video, launched by Entrepreneur Magazine encapsulates some of the attributes that made KIND’s Daniel Lubetzky win the 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and carries new meaning since the Award was announced.  Among the key lessons: build a supportive environment for a super-star team, and use technology to simplify life, and food, rather than to complicate it.

    Thanks for coining the word Parallel Entre – which most of the VCs or senoir industry pioneer term as confused lot. As a First time entrepreneurwe are juggling with lot of things Software development, gaming, animation, GPS, video streaming,healthcare games etc., as a Start up because we are having varied interest group in the new company.But each group has its focus clearly written all over the place. For an outsider, we are a company doing too many things. But for us, each group is company in itself and a close knit one.As you said, we definitely come up with lot of ideas but we have a team discussion which critics on the negatives and positives of the idea. Then we know where we stand. As of now its working fine for us. Maybe each company has its own way to work around the thoughts
